Parchaa is dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions by seamlessly integrating advanced technology into hospital systems. We are seeking a motivated IT support intern fluent in Telugu to assist with a one-time project to set up, deploy, and support our product in hospitals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for hospital staff during the setup process, ensuring effective communication in Telugu
2. Set up and configure computers, systems, and Parchaa's product
3. Conduct product testing, including dongle setup and validation, to ensure optimal functionality
4. Deploy the product, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with existing systems
5. Teach hospital staff how to use the product, providing clear training and demonstrations
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the product to ensure smooth operations
7. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while addressing staff concerns and queries
8. Document the setup process and provide feedback to enhance future deployments
9. Communicate effectively in both Telugu and English to bridge gaps and ensure clarity

1. Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written)

4. Ability to take charge, and work independently
5. Availability for the 3-4 week project duration
