IT Business Analysis Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
2. Interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, users, subject matter experts, and external people
3. Manage multiple projects in a highly organized and responsive manner
4. Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
5. Evaluate, analyze, and document the information and data gathered and create functional specifications, release documentation, and user guides
6. Collaborate with developers to explain functional requirements and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
7. Create and execute test cases to ensure the overall quality of solutions
