Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include developing and creating applications based on the HR team's requirements or the strategy team's needs, including, forms (e.g., job requisition, interview feedback), approval flows, and interlinked trackers, auto-update queries, QR codes, etc.

1. Develop applications using Microsoft Office Suite, Power apps, and VB packages to enhance HR team productivity.
2. Facilitate ease of work and ensure data accuracy.
3. Utilize Microsoft Power Automate.
4. Apply VB coding skills.
5. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel.
6. Exhibit a digital mindset.
7. Demonstrate initiative.
8. Show prior experience in developing Power apps and workflows (projects are acceptable).
9. Have experience in Microsoft Power automate, VB coding, and advanced Excel.
10. Graduate or postgraduate in BCA, B Tech, MCA, M Tech.
