About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain hardware inventory control in the ticketing system
2. Conduct and maintain hardware and software inventory
3. Work on domain joining and troubleshooting
4. Answer calls and emails from users regarding problems related to hardware, Windows systems, and applications
5. Deploy new application on the system as per requirement
6. Resolve issues related to Outlook
7. Install and configure VPN
8. Solve problems connected to the network and the systems
9. Plan the appropriate system needs of a company
10. Apply patches and updates
11. Plan security measures (like updating Windows and antiviruses)
12. Conduct an awareness program related to IT policy and computer security
13. Monitor security measures and make sure the system is not coming under attack
14. Resolve the issues ensuring service delivery within the time
