About the Role:
As an IT Operations Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure to ensure a smooth experience for our coworking members and internal teams. From network management to technical support, you'll get hands-on experience in real-world IT operations.
1. IT Infrastructure Support: Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, and servers for seamless connectivity.
2. Technical Assistance: Provide support to coworking members for internet connectivity, printer setup, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
3. Access Control & Security: Assist in managing biometric devices, CCTV systems, and security software.
4. Workstation Setup: Help in configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops, and shared IT resources.
5. System Maintenance: Support system updates, data backups, and security checks to maintain IT efficiency.
6. Issue Documentation: Maintain records of IT-related issues and resolutions for process improvements.
7. Conference Room Tech Support: Ensure smooth operation of projectors, video conferencing, and sound systems.
8. Collaboration: Work with the operations team to enhance the tech-enabled experience for coworking members.
