IT Recruiter Internship

Position Overview:
Are you a fresh graduate with a keen interest in IT recruitment? We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential IT candidates.
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
3. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
4. Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
5. Participate in recruitment marketing and outreach activities.
6. Provide support in scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
1. Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, IT, or any related field (not mandatory)
2. Strong interest in IT and recruitment.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
