About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
2. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and basic technical skills.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain the recruitment database and track the status of candidates.
6. Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
8. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sale).
