1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sale).
