IT Recruiter Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions.
2. Job posting: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
3. Candidate engagement: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the roles.
4. Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Database management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to the HR team.
