1. Attend scrum call and get requirements to work upon
2. Source profiles from multiple platforms under the guidance of your mentor
3. Screen relevant candidates via phone interviews and shortlist based on requirement
4. Line up candidates for technical interviews with panel, follow up.
5. Handle operational activities like negotiation of salary, onboarding documents, verifying authenticity, follow up for joining
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree, in HR or a related field, where the academic calendar is ending in the next 6 months in case you are a student
2. Expert in MS word, MS Excel, Internet browsing, calendar, to-do task manager and basic computer skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication, spoken English is a must
4. Strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and talent acquisition
5. He/she should be punctual, enthusiastic, and proactive
6. Should have basic industry standard practices, working etiquette and professionalism
7. Stipend is broken into two parts- fixed per month and incentives per candidate onboarding for our clients
8. This internship is a full-time 6 months internship, based on your results, output and dedication, this position is deemed to get converted to a full-term opportunity even before the completion of this internship
9. You are expected to attend this internship with maximum attendance possibly without going through practical training and course
