As an IT Support intern at Vigorous Healthtech Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the healthcare industry. Your knowledge of HTML and CSS will be put to the test as you assist our team in troubleshooting technical issues and improving user experience. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you tackle various challenges that arise daily.
Effective communication is key in this role as you will be interacting with different departments and stakeholders to provide IT support and guidance. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel will also be beneficial as you assist in handling data and reports.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide technical support to internal staff, helping them resolve IT issues efficiently
2. Assist in maintaining and updating company websites using HTML and CSS
3. Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improvements to existing systems
4. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
5. Utilize MS Office and Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management
6. Participate in team meetings to discuss upcoming projects and collaborate on solutions
7. Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team
