In this ITI apprenticeship, candidates will have an opportunity to learn their specific area, get trained in a specific area, get certified, and eventually, successful candidates might be offered full-time employment after completion of internship of 6 months.
The salary amount will be at the par industry. The training program will be very structured and a mentor will be provided to each person and progress will be monitored on a regular basis. The HR and technical person will work hand-in-hand to make people learn and be successful. This industry has a great future and people working and getting trained do very well in their careers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include learning how to make various alloys and make the world-class finished products using trademark techniques of Pilot Industries which has been mastered for the last 50 years.
By the end of the apprenticeship, the successful candidates will be offered a job as a supervisor in our company and will be offered the best pay grade equivalent to a supervisor and will be designated accordingly.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th May'20 and 2nd Jul'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
