About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing, implementing and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems

2. Delivering high availability and performance

3. Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle

4. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code

5. Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging

6. Managing Java and Java EE application development

7. Ensuring designs comply with specifications

8. Preparing and producing releases of software components

9. Transforming requirements into stipulations

10. Supporting continuous improvement

11. Investigating alternatives and technologies

12. Presenting for architectural review
