4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Possess a keen attention to detail.
2. Proficiency with a computer.
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tally ERP, as well as various accounting software programs, is preferred.
4. Familiarity with accounting software programs.
5. Proven 0–1 year experience in a similar role.
6. Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi, and interpersonal skills.
7. Familiarity with accounting systems and practices.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
9. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
