About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in handling legal matters related to labor laws, company law, and contracts
2. Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline company operations and reduce legal risks
3. Draft and review agreements, contracts, and rules for internal and external stakeholders
4. Ensure legal compliance across all company activities and transactions
5. Represent and assist the company in legal proceedings, if required
6. Collaborate with the management team to instill confidence and build a legally sound framework for better operations
7. Identify potential risks of fraud and cheating, and develop strategies to prevent them

2. Basic understanding of labor law, company law, and the Indian Contract Act

5. Ability to identify legal risks and propose effective solutions

6. High level of integrity and professionalism
