About the internship
About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Investment Advisor to support evaluating investment products across equity and debt markets. This role involves analyzing fund performance, summarizing key industry updates, and assisting in content creation for social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of investment products, and financial markets, as well as excellent analytical and research skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Research & Evaluation:
1. Analyze and evaluate equity and debt products based on performance, risk-adjusted returns, expense ratios, and fund manager strategies.
2. Compare products across categories and industries.
3. Prepare regular performance reports of mutual fund investments and monitor industry trends.
b. Industry Research & Insights:
1. Track key updates in the investment management and advisory industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and new fund launches.
2. Summarize critical financial news and economic developments that impact investment decisions.
c. Client Support & Presentations:
1. Assist in client meetings, providing data-driven insights and portfolio recommendations.
2. Prepare investment reports, fund fact sheets, and client presentation decks.
3. Support in portfolio review meetings, answering client queries related to product offerings.

Other requirements
1. A degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or related fields. (Bonus) Certification in NISM Mutual Fund Advisory/CFA Level 1/CFP/CWM.
2. Certification in Excel, and financial modeling tools. Strong knowledge of financial markets, and investment analysis.
3. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
4. Good writing skills to summarize industry updates and create financial content.
5. (Preferred) Experience in investment research, wealth management, or financial advisory.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
