Junior Operations Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain comprehensive school records, including teacher attendance, grievances, school dossiers, and day-to-day operational documentation.
2. Collaborate with program managers to proactively address teacher concerns, resolve conflicts, manage grievances, and maintain open, effective communication channels.
3. Organise and oversee training sessions to promote teacher engagement and improve teaching effectiveness, ensuring alignment with school goals
4. Oversee accurate tracking of attendance for both permanent and variable fellows, ensuring records are current and well-organized.
