About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the account management team by assisting in regular communication with clients and resolving critical escalations and queries.
2. Help build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and product needs.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Gather and organize feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services and use this information to improve service quality.
5. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and other relevant metrics to assess performance.
6. Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize processes and ensure a great customer experience.
