Knowledge Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with a global team to update, maintain, and improve the content of databases and repositories used by sales, customer success, finance, partnerships, and operations
2. Collect, distribute, and review global knowledge repositories related to the employment of the record (business operations
3. Contribute to the centralized knowledge base of materials used globally
4. Ensure the quality and relevance of content within Skuad's knowledge infrastructure
5. Ensure that information in the repositories is current, accurate, and consistent
6. Proactively write, edit, and develop knowledge repository content
7. Promote the use of the centralized knowledge base among the organization
8. Serve as a primary contact point for EOR business operations related queries
9. Develop country guides and operational information repositories for client demos and internal use
10. Oversee and manage queries from all departments, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
