Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Apr'24 and 22nd May'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Candidates pursuing B.E/M.C.A from a reputed institution are preferred

Founded in 2013, Varthana (derived from Parivartan) is a Bangalore-based, systemically important NBFC focused on making a positive impact in the education sector. The company provides much-needed investment capital to private institutions to improve the quality of education for low-income and emerging middle-class families in society. Recently, the company also began providing student loans for post-secondary education in domestic institutions. Varthana partners with those education entrepreneurs who understand the sense of urgency about improving access to quality education in low-income communities. These entrepreneurs are usually (not always) ex-educators themselves, who have spent time teaching children in the neighborhood and have then slowly expanded to start a school.
