Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research on laws, legal precedents, regulations, and case law.
2. Analyzing and summarizing relevant legal findings for use in legal documents and briefs.
3. Assisting in drafting legal memos, briefs, contracts, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
4. Interacting with clients and understanding their legal needs.
5. Organizing legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and handling basic administrative tasks.
6. Taking notes during meetings or court hearings and assisting in managing the firm's day-to-day operations.
7. Assisting with compliance efforts.
8. Participating in due diligence processes by reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
9. Assisting in the verification of facts and gathering relevant information.
