About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle company compliance and legal work
2. Handle trademark-related work
3. Work on forming agreements
4. Work on framing agreements & contracts
5. Work on market watch
6. Handle drafting and documentation
7. Handle secretarial matters
8. Read finance/stock related articles & summarizing them
9. Handle any other tasks/responsibilities that be assigned from time to time with respect to litigation
