About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing, and summarizing various legal documentation such as software services agreements, commercial agreements, channel partner agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, and software license agreement
2. Work on being quick to review/ type/ redline legal documents

Required:

1. Candidates must have the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritize quickly to address shifting business needs
2. Competence in a broad range of corporate and business laws
