About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scanning, sorting, categorizing, and indexing of legal papers
2. Summarizing each different petition/interlocutory application
3. Legal drafting of responses and preparing new applications for filing
4. Operating the NCLT login of the company
5. Drafting of legal replies/responses to various statutory organizations like IT, PF, and GST, in assistance to CA
6. Legal drafting for recovery of dues and filing applications
7. Assisting the company secretary in matters related to RoC Compliance
8. Reviewing of contracts and assistance in compliance
9. Drafting various RTIs to various government departments concerning work of the company
