About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
2. Handle taxation, including professional tax, GST, and TDS for both the US and India.
3. Ensure compliance with US and Indian financial regulations.
4. Oversee bookkeeping activities for both US and Indian operations.
5. Prepare and issue invoices, manage tax invoices, file TDS, and claim TDS.
6. Administer office tasks, including insurance management.
7. Support HR and legal functions related to contracts for clients and employees.
8. Maintain and update the cap table and transfer pricing agreements.
9. Facilitate bank onboarding and manage banking details.
10. Conduct financial modeling and analytics, including cap table simulations.
11. Manage ESOPs and cap table activities.
