About the internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to our business operations
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
3. Support in the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda
4. Participate in meetings with external counsels and regulatory authorities
5. Assist in compliance monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal requirements
6. Support in the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters
7. Participate in various legal projects and initiatives to support the overall legal function.
