As a Law/Legal intern at Punjabi Burgers, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your knowledge of Effective Communication, MS-Office, and English Proficiency (Spoken) will be put to good use as you assist in various legal matters for our growing company.
1. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents.
2. Assist in reviewing and updating company policies and procedures.
3. Communicate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
4. Support the HR department in handling employee relations issues.
5. Assist in contract review and negotiation.
6. Attend meetings and take notes on legal matters discussed.
7. Help with compliance matters and regulatory filings.
