Law/Legal Internship

Visionet is an IT and BPM service company. Visionet Systems Inc. (VSI) is a New Jersey-based private corporation with global presence in various geographies, including Canada, UK, Germany, Middle East, India, etc. Visionet Systems Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of VSI.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hands-on experience reviewing IT contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Alliance Agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.
2. Conducting research on legal issues and advising internal stakeholders on the risks involved in transactions.
3. Provide advisory services to various HR functions.

Requirements:

1. Independent, driven individuals who are looking to learn and be part of a global organization.
2. They should have good communication skills (verbal and written). You should be flexible and capable of working efficiently in a demanding environment with international operations.
3. Must be pragmatic with an approach to finding solutions to business problems.
4. Be able to work in a team and take independent responsibility.
5. Experience interning with an IT company previously would be considered a bonus.

Work Location: Bangalore, Indiqube, AMR Tech Park Internal Rd., Garvebhavi Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068.

Work Model: We want someone who will intern with us for a minimum of 6 months. A stipend of Rs 12,500 would be given to the individual per month. Should this individual show potential and be able to contribute to the organization, we would consider offering them a full-time job in Bangalore.
