Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Jun'24 and 12th Jul'24
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have participated in National Moot Court competitions
2. Should be, preferably, in the final year of his course
3. Should have a good academic record
4. Should have previously interned in litigation-based firms
As a second-generation lawyer, Prateek Mahajan is currently working on their cases as well as assisting their father, Mr. B.R. Mahajan, who is currently the Advocate General of Haryana. He topped the university in 2013 and has been in active practice since then. Currently representing the central government, Chandigarh administration, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Kurukshetra University, National Law University Sonipat, and all major corporations and undertakings of the State of Haryana at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, apart from private cases, our office works exclusively on the civil side.
