Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research, make case briefs, draft pleadings, assist administratively, etc.
2. Handle prompt responses to emails and a quick turnaround time - the area of work will be a fairly broad spectrum, but primarily, the focus will be on civil commercial disputes

Note: Candidates will be required to turn around a written assignment after their CV is shortlisted. This will be followed by a Zoom interview. We are looking for candidates who are thorough with their research, are able to write in a clear concise manner, and will be able to put in the hours required and balance this with their regular college work. We are not particularly concerned about grades or legal knowledge which is of little relevance at such a nascent stage.

The idea behind offering this internship is to train a young candidate to eventually join our practice. The intern must be willing to put in at least 3-4 hours a day and sacrifice some weekends. We do not require the intern s physical presence at any point in time during the internship.
