About the internship

As an associate in our practice, you will be working in an exciting working environment, handling challenging, time-sensitive deals that demand a cool head and positive mindset. Work closely with the team and support the team lead and partners. Supported by your colleagues at every step, you will find this work both challenging and rewarding; partners are both accessible and approachable, and as a team, we will ensure that you are given the training and hands-on experience needed to flourish in this field.

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting of shareholders, share subscription and other venture capital transaction documents
2. Conducting legal due diligence and supporting the progress of the transaction with the team
3. Supporting the team to monitoring investment compliances, investment closing activities and various other nuances on the structuring of investments rounds in early-stage businesses
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 27th Dec'19 and 26th Jan'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Attention to detail

2. The ability to work with a team effectively

3. LLB/LLM degree in law from a recognized college

4. 0-2 years PQE in handling legal documentation & advisory
