Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting of shareholders, share subscription and other venture capital transaction documents
2. Conducting legal due diligence and supporting the progress of the transaction with the team
3. Supporting the team to monitoring investment compliances, investment closing activities and various other nuances on the structuring of investments rounds in early-stage businesses
