About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the reporting manager
2. Drafting and vetting contracts like commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements, share subscription agreements, employment agreements, ESOPs, licensing agreements, etc.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 13th Jul'21 and 17th Aug'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have knowledge about intellectual property rights and legal due diligence

2. Should have good presentation skills, drafting, and communication skills
