LegalEagles, was decided for starting a litigation consultancy company. Additionally, our founder has firsthand experience in NPA resolution and recovery for banks and financial institutions. He was the first person to initiate debt decree assignment in 2003 for ICICI Bank. He got the assignment registered on the basis of order 21 rule 16 CPC where the assignment deed was drawn for ICICI Bank - after this debt-assignment was incorporated in the SARFAESI act.
