About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting petitions to be filed before the hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT.
2. Assisting in the corporate insolvency resolution process.
3. Appearing before the hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT for hearings and other proceedings.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 6th Nov'24 and 11th Dec'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
