2. The candidate should be willing to work indoors and outdoors in various courts and forums
3. The candidate should have the skill of drafting petitions, replies, etc.

Rajeshwer K Gupta practices as an advocate in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and other law courts as the proprietor of M/s Rajeshwer K Gupta & Company, Solicitors & Advocates. He has been in this profession since qualifying for LLB in 1981 and enrolling in 1982, specializing in constitutional and civil matters. He also handles criminal cases, including those involving the CBI. Additionally, he has served as visiting faculty at GGSIPU, Delhi, and held advisory roles for institutions such as Syndicate Bank, Federal Bank Limited, New Bank of India, and UCO Bank. He is a Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Delhi Medical Council and has acted as panel counsel for the Government of India. Mr. Gupta has presented papers at various international legal conferences, including those hosted by the Indian National Bar Association in Berlin, conferences of jurists & writers in London, and legal conferences in Washington DC and New York.
