Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th May'24 and 10th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1) The candidate should possess graduation and an LL.B degree, preferably a three-year LL.B, or a five-year integrated B.A. + LL.B degree.
2) Proficiency in communication, particularly in writing, drafting, and preparing pleadings, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently after receiving a brief.
3) Experience in handling various legal matters such as Arbitration, Contract, and Cheque bounce cases is required. Additionally, familiarity with pleadings associated with these cases and the ability to manage police cases are necessary.
4) Even candidates with one or two years of experience or exceptional freshers with strong communication skills will be considered. The candidate should also be open to travel when required.
