1. Assist and participate in quality audits from regulatory agencies and customers
2. Prepare detailed reports combining legal and quality compliance for senior management
3. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues, support continuous improvement, and implement lasting corrective actions to improve procedures
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to integrate legal compliance and quality standards across the organization
5. Any other tasks as delegated by management
