About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct trademark searches and prepare detailed reports.
2. Research and summarize relevant case law.
3. Draft legal documents, including replies, counterstatements, and notices of opposition.
4. Assist in preparing hearing statements and supporting documents.
5. Research various legal registrations and compile findings.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).

2. Possesses strong research and analytical skills.

3. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

4. Is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficient in using legal research tools and databases.

7. Candidates with prior internships or coursework in intellectual

property rights (IPR) will be preferred.

8. Candidates with strong performance during the internship may be

considered for full-time employment.
