About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and vetting lease deed/rent agreements & addendum to agreements
2. Drafting the legal notices and notice reply
3. Studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and finding appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company
4. Conducting legal due diligence and document review of various agreement
