Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist in compliances related to Venture Capital Funding, FEMA, Cross border structuring, day to day ROC compliances.
Review and drafting of various agreement (e.g. such as SHA, MSA, etc)
Provide administrative support to the corporate law team
IPR Related work
Assist with the preparation of board meeting minutes and agendas
Conduct company secretarial research and drafting
Manage the company's compliance with regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law or commerce
Strong academic record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Being CS would be preferable but not mandatory.
