Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and compliance reports.
2. Support the team and clients in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3. Conduct legal research on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related topics.
4. Prepare for board meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.
