About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the ministry of child and women development on the implementation of the POSH act giving POSH awareness training to government offices, companies, and schools
2. Check compliance of annual report submitted to collector office by organization's
3. Draft gender-neutral policies for the workplaces
4. Research and collect data regarding the implementation of the POSH act in organization's in India
5. Draft workplace policies and rules for the protection of all genders against mental harassment and discrimination
6. Research on criminal psychology
7. Work on education, awareness, and sensitization of the laws

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 21st Jun'22 and 26th Jul'22

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per visit/survey).

Our goal is to work on the root cause of the sex and gender-based offenses and create sensitization towards it.

90% of the cases of harassment and discrimination are committed by the people we know. We aim to facilitate the set up of the sexual harassment (POSH) committees and legal redressal forum educate the institutions, organizations, and workplaces about the sexual harassment laws, and create sensitization towards creating gender-neutral organizations. to reach out to the spaces where the majority of the problem lies, the working class, and where the future lies, the learning class.
