About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work on scaffolds and summary of different case laws in the field of patents law & associated learning
2. Study the relevant case laws in the field of consumer law and F&R
3. Deep dive into the Tea Board of India s Regulations, Rules, Orders, Licensing and warehousing conditions, Certifications and overall scope.
3. Work on the summarized report and jot down all the relevant landmark decisions in the area of patent practice and procedure
4. Ensure that the case laws should cover important judgments delivered by IPO, IPAB, HC, and/or SC
5. Indicate the summary of learning for each case law and the sections with the associated details
6. Detailed working on IPR and privacy based laws
