Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities-Legal
Should have working knowledge of drafting and finalization of technology agreements, NDA s,service agreements etc. along with complete CLM
Good regulatory knowledge and skillful & effective application of the same in various assignments
Good communication skills (written and spoken) is a must. Ability to communicate across various levels in the organization such that the manner is lucid, clear, concise & the desired result is achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities-Compliance
Preparation and Uploading various forms on the MCA website.
Adapt knowledge of compliances under IRDA, FEMA, Companies Act, 2013, Labour laws applicable to Company
Should have sound knowledge and procedural experience in dealing with various company laws/LLP law matters, e.g. (not limited to) incorporation, change in constitution of board, further issue of capital via private placement, holding of Board Meeting and General Meetings and preparation of documentation for the same. etc and the necessary company law compliances.
Keeping abreast of recent amendments & additions and communication of the same to the manager.

Bachelor s in law
Good Communication and Writing Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
