About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Legal
1. Must have practical experience in drafting and finalizing technology agreements, NDAs, service agreements, etc., along with complete Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
2. Strong regulatory knowledge with the ability to effectively apply it in various assignments.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively at all organizational levels to achieve the desired results.
Compliance
1. Preparation and submission of various forms on the MCA website.
2. Knowledge of compliance requirements under IRDA, FEMA, Companies Act 2013, and relevant labor laws.
3. Sound understanding and hands-on experience in dealing with company law and LLP matters, including but not limited to: incorporation, changes in the constitution of the board, private placement of capital, conducting Board and General Meetings, and preparing related documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with company laws.
4. Staying updated on recent amendments and changes in regulations, and promptly communicating them to the manager.
