1. Draft/review/redline/negotiate contracts (e.g. MSA, SOW, Amendments, SaaS agreements, etc.) on behalf of the client along with other stakeholders
2. Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management activities, including recording fully executed agreements into a contract database, managing renewals, extension, renegotiation, amendments, and termination of contracts, etc.
3. Support the lead in implementing and sustaining processes for efficiency and effectiveness
4. Contribute to contracts management excellence through continuous innovation and improvement in contract management processes etc.
5. Research in areas mainly revolving around intellectual property, information and technology, and data privacy laws
