We are seeking enthusiastic final-year law students or recent law graduates with a passion for Intellectual Property (IP) and Copyright Law. The Legal Intern will gain hands-on experience in managing legal matters, particularly focusing on IP rights, copyright management, and compliance in the dynamic entertainment industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including licensing agreements, talent agreements, and music rights contracts.
2. Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property, Copyright Law, and other relevant areas.
3. Support in reviewing and ensuring compliance with copyright and IP regulations across TM Ventures' various entities.
4. Maintain and update databases related to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual properties.
5. Assist in handling disputes, notices, and claims related to IP and copyright.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal insights and ensure adherence to industry standards.

A. Qualifications & skills:
1. Educational background: Pursuing final year of LLB or a recent law graduate.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Copyright Laws.
3. Experience: Prior internships or coursework in IP, copyright, or media law will be an advantage.
B. Skills:
1. Strong research and analytical abilities.
2. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Interest in the entertainment and media industry is a plus.
5. Intellectual property and copyright law knowledge.
