Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Nov'24 and 20th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
An independent legal practitioner having gained a decade long experience in the legal field with major focus on General Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration, Legal Auditing and Commercial Contracts. A strong background in Real Estate/Property, Contracts, Constitution, Customs-Excise and Environment laws. Working extensively on the newly enacted RERA and allied laws, which regulate the real estate sector across the nation. Presently, also rendering professional services as a Legal Advisor and/or Counsel to individuals/ private entities and government offices.
