About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing, reviewing, and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
2. Securing compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
3. Working alongside other departments within the company including HR, marketing, & technology
4. Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
5. Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
6. Highlighting legal, operational, business & compliance risks to the company
7. Ensuring understanding and interpretation of contractual agreements with respect to the completion of required duties
