1. Assist with the preparation, revision, and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
2. Assist in the management and protection of intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents in India & United States of America
3. Work on GDPR compliance and audit, as well as ISO certification and create a GDPR document for clients
4. Help maintain and update legal databases, document repositories, and compliance records
5. Assist in drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents related to data privacy
6. Conduct legal due diligence on potential business partners, investors, and vendors
7. Help in preparing legal presentations, reports, and other necessary materials for internal and external stakeholders
