We are looking for a dynamic law/legal intern to join advocate Tarun Parmar at Parmar Law Associates. Interns will have a hands-on opportunity to work closely with a legal team of experienced juniors on various legal cases. Interns will be required to attend court proceedings, do legal research, assist the advocate during matters and learn firsthand about the legal process. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to kickstart their legal career and make a real impact in the field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
2. Draft legal documents, such as briefs and motions
3. Attend court hearings and observe legal proceedings
4. Assist in client meetings and communicate with clients
5. Collaborate with the legal team on strategy and case management
6. Stay updated on current legal trends and developments
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Jul'24 and 21st Aug'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months

Interns will be reimbursed for the expenses incurred during their internship. Apart from this, interns will be paid stipend based on performance.

He specializes in criminal law, civil law, and consumer law, and has a proven track record of handling high-profile cases under the PMLA Act and Representation of People's Act.
